In France, chauffeured transportation is regulated by law.
Only licenced companies (as a "Grande Remise Company") with authorized vehicles, profesionnal chauffeurs with a proper permits and full insurance of the maximum liability amount for chauffeured transportation, are allowed to provide chauffeured transportation.

All prices indicated are in Euros and include VAT at 5,50% for transport operations.
The rate presented to you prior to your trip is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved. Wait time or additional services may change your rate.
Our prices include : VAT at 5.50%, chauffeur service, the expenses of the vehicle, unlimited insurance for the passengers of the vehicle.
Our price do not include : Parking and toll fees, vehicle phone usages (local calls fees: €0.50/minut), the entries on sites (museums, theatre, castle,...), the meal fee for the chauffeur (fixed price €20 euro per meal), the expenses for chauffeur's lodging in case of trips in France (one night with breakfast: €90) or in foreign countries (one night with breakfast: €120).
Any extra time and/or extra kilometer not foreseen in the initial quote will be added in the final invoice. Any started hour is due.
Additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable (e.g. tolls, parking, airport and regulatory fees, fuel surcharge, cell phone)
Luggage are accepted in the limit of 30kg per passenger and remain under the guard of the client. First Class Limousines Service is not responsible for the items forgotten in our vehicles our elsewhere during the service.
Our invoices must be paid at at the end of the service, except for our corporate customers having an account open in our company and for which a periodic invoicing is established.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on reservations for weddings, proms, night on the town, excursions and all hourly charters. A credit card authorization form and liability form is also required before reservations are accepted. The payment (less the deposit) must reach us 07 days before the service.
Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Mastecard) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method.

Kilometers and time are counted from departure from the garage to the return to the garage (F94400 - Vitry sur Seine).
Flat rate (City transfers, Airport transfers)
FCLS has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from Paris and Paris Airport.
Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved FCLS vehicle. After a 15 (fifteen) minute grace period on all flat-rate trips that do not begin at an airport, there is an extra charge for each hour a chauffeur is waiting.
Passenger-requested stops on route during a flat-rate trip will be charged.
Passenger-requested stops off route during a flat-rate trip will be charged the prevailing rate.
Hourly-as-Directed, Car at disposal
All hourly reservations will be billed from the time the sedan leaves the FCLS facility until the time it returns. There is a minimum billable time of 03 hours that includes both sedan and passenger travel time.
Cancellation and no-show policy
Cancellation must be received at least 48 hours of the service pick-up time.
A charge equal to the rate confirmed at time of reservation will apply for a late cancellation.
If you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call the telephone number listed on your confirmation message next to your reservation number. Leaving your pick-up location without notifying FCLS may result in a "no-show" charge
A "no-show" charge equal to the base fare price of the trip, plus any applicable waiting time fee, will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
The above cancellation terms represent standard policy at First Class Limousines Service and may be modified from time to time based on market, desired reservation dates and vehicle availability. All modifications that are mutually agreed upon in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the above.
All complaints should be filed within eight days of transport service execution by a written mail. All disputes will be handled by the mediating courts of Creteil (France, Val de Marne).
